Overview of the construction project
Project Name: Phase III Project of Isothiazolinone Series Products for Dalian Bio Chemical Co., Ltd.
Location: Inside the Songmudao Chemical Industrial Park in Puwan New District, Dalian, on the east side of the existing factory area of Dalian Baiao Chemical Co., Ltd. Songmudao Branch.
Construction Content: This project covers a total area of 55,452.3m2. It involves the construction of two production plants, each consisting of two production workshops, for a total of four production workshops. Workshops five and six are located within two fire zones of one production plant, while workshops seven and eight are located within two fire zones of another production plant. Workshop five will house BIT and anisole production facilities with a production capacity of BIT 2500t/a and anisole 1500t/a; workshop six is reserved; workshop seven will house CIT/MIT production facilities with a production capacity of CIT/MIT 12000t/a (or MIT 2000t/a); workshop eight will house OIT/DCOIT production facilities with a production capacity of OIT 1200t/a (or DCOIT 600t/a). Supporting facilities such as machine maintenance workshops, warehouses, wastewater treatment stations, hazardous waste incinerators, water supply, power supply, steam, and other public auxiliary projects will also be constructed.
Existing projects and environmental protection status: The Songmudao branch of Dalian Bio Chemical Co., Ltd. has constructed its existing plant in two phases. All construction projects in each phase have gone through the environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval procedures. The first phase of the project has passed the environmental protection acceptance inspection, while the second phase and the expansion project of the second phase are currently undergoing the completion environmental protection acceptance inspection.
